Nicholas began in the construction Industry with Multiplex in 1992. During his 17 years with the company he was promoted through Project Manager to Construction Manager. He was responsible for many complex design and delivery projects across multiple sectors, most notably, the $350 million dollar Federation Square. In addition Nicholas has had leading roles as General Manager of Built VIC and State Manager of Victoria and South Australia at the Reed Group.

His extensive experience and highly developed eye for detail ensures that all company and project goals are exceeded. In 2012 Nicholas became Managing Director of Bear.
